Attorney at Law in New York (USA) since 2013 and Blois (France) since 2015, Louis DE REDON is an active member of the French Society of Environmental Law (SFDE), the European Food Law Association (EFSA), and the Environmental Law section and the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
Louis DE REDON is a professor of Environmental Law at Paris Institute of Technology (AgroParisTech) leader in Europe for agronomical, food and environmental sciences. Among scientific students, he teaches Law to future engineers and civil servants from French Environment, Forests, Waters and Agriculture Ministries.
Louis DE REDON also teaches Environmental Law at HEC Paris (Business Schools) and at Sorbonne Law School (Paris 1). Until 2014, he used to teach European Law at Assumption University School of Law in Bangkok (Thailand).
After four years of research in the Business Law and Management Center (CEDAG) of Paris Descartes University, Louis DE REDON is now attached to the Sorbonne center for Legal Research (IRJS) of the Paris 1 University Panthéon-Sorbonne where he works on Environmental Law research programs since 2016.
Since 2011, Louis DE REDON is in charge of the Master degree “Food, Health and Environment” at AgroParisTech (MS ALISéE). Through a scientific cooperation between AgroParisTech and Sorbonne University, this one year program enables young engineers and doctors to complete their scientific studies with a Master degree of Law in “Health, Food and Environmental Safety” from Sorbonne Law School (M2 DSSAE).
In 2015, Louis DE REDON has been appointed as a director of the Center for Legal Research of AgroParisTech (PREDA) which allows jurists from the scientific college to perform their research at Sorbonne University through a scientific cooperation with AgroParisTech.
